Utility Foreman
to lead crews installing water, sewer, and storm systems safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Supervise trenching, pipe installation, and backfill operations.
Set grade, read plans, and ensure trench safety compliance.
Coordinate Operators, Pipelayers, and Laborers for production flow.
Maintain clean sites, accurate grades, and safe work zones.
Requirements
5+ years utility construction experience; 2+ years in leadership.
Skilled in reading plans, setting laser/GPS grades, and crew coordination.
Strong communication and people-first leadership.
