
We are seeking a
Utility Pipe Foreman
to join their field operations team. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing underground utility crews while maintaining production, safety, and grade accuracy on commercial site projects.
What You'll Do as the Utility Pipe Foreman:
Lead daily field operations for storm, sewer, and water installation
Supervise pipe crews including operators and laborers
Install utilities according to civil plans and grade tolerances
Shoot grade using GPS (Trimble) and/or laser systems
Coordinate trenching, shoring, bedding, backfill, and compaction
Communicate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and inspectors
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA safety standards
Complete daily reports and documentation using tablets/email
Must-Haves as the Utility Pipe Foreman:
5+ years of underground utility installation experience
2+ years in a foreman or crew lead role
Commercial site development experience
Proficiency with Trimble GPS systems
Ability to shoot grade and read civil drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver's license
Nice-to-Haves as the Utility Pipe Foreman:
Experience on large commercial or municipal projects
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience coordinating with multiple trades on active job sites
