Overview
GovCIO is seeking a skilled Lead Functional Consultant to join our dedicated team specializing in Oracle EBS solutions. This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to make a significant impact in enhancing government IT.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle ERP core Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Order Management (OM), Pricing, Inventory (INV), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Conduct discovery sessions to understand Supply Chain processes and provide expert-level guidance on best practices for Oracle SCM/WMS.
Collaborate with users to identify gaps and effectively translate business needs into functional specifications within Oracle EBS.
Configure Oracle ERP to align with organizational requirements efficiently.
Guide clients through configuration and business process walkthroughs to ensure understanding and adoption.
Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert for Oracle SCM/WMS functional areas, providing valuable insights and support.
Coordinate Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client stakeholders.
Assist in preparations for Go-Live and offer cut-over support to ensure a seamless transition.
Provide post-production support to guarantee successful user adaptation.
Present timelines and estimates for delivering functionalities based on business requirements.
Regularly inform the Project Manager about project status, progress, and any potential challenges.
Advise on functionalities and strategic implementation approaches for Oracle EBS SCM solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of experience in Oracle consulting or equivalent experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle technical development.
Strong skills in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Alerts, and Workflow development, including customizations and extensions.
Expertise in OA Framework development, focusing on CEMLIs (Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization, Integration).
Experience supporting or implementing Oracle Financials R12 (any version above 12.2, ideally 12.2.10 or above).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective engagement with stakeholders.
Development experience in key Oracle modules: Order Management, Inventory, BOM, and Warehouse Management.
Clearance Required: Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of Oracle Approvals Management Engine (AME).
Experience in iStore development and support.
Experience in the public sector industry.
4+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, particularly in Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Order to Cash processes, including enhancements and troubleshooting.
3+ years of experience with Federal Government Financials and Order Fulfillment processes.
Experience with Oracle Service Requests and RFCs.
Familiarity with Oracle Managed Cloud Services.

Posted Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is USD $130,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 per year, subject to variation based on individual factors such as market location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
