Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis:
Lead interactive workshops and thorough interviews to gather and examine business requirements across the full supply chain spectrum, including Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, and Logistics. Solution Design & Configuration:
Transform client needs into well-defined functional design documents. Architect and configure the Oracle SCM Cloud application to deliver customized solutions while following industry best practices. Advisory & Strategy:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for clients, providing valuable insights into advanced supply chain processes and strategies to enhance their Oracle Cloud experience. Implementation Leadership:
Partner with functional and technical teams to oversee the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies. Manage system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities to guarantee a seamless transition. Sales & Presales Support:
Engage in presales activities, crafting proposals, statements of work, and delivering product demonstrations for prospective clients. Mentorship:
Inspire junior functional consultants, promoting their growth and expertise in Oracle SCM. Qualifications A minimum of 15 years of experience with Oracle applications, with at least 5 years focused on implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. Thorough knowledge of key SCM processes and modules, including Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, Logistics (Shipping and Transportation Management), and Cost Management. Proven abilities in client management, with skills to conduct effective workshops and relay complex information clearly. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client challenges. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent business experience. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Cloud implementation certifications, especially in SCM Cloud. Experience with integrations to ERP, OM, or external logistics systems. Familiarity with supply chain analytics and reporting tools. Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed. Note:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,100 to $251,600 per annum, based on experience, along with potential bonuses, equity, and additional compensation deferral options. About Us:
