This is a hybrid position based in Framingham, MA. Your Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will focus on analyzing business processes, creating innovative solutions, and collaborating with diverse teams to maximize revenue and improve performance. Key Responsibilities: Support the integration of eProcurement platforms (like Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) with Staples Business to enhance customer experiences. Foster strong partnerships with eProcurement vendors to align their offerings with our business goals. Identify and establish new partnerships and business development opportunities to generate additional revenue streams. Engage in operational excellence projects aimed at improving delivery performance and reducing order cancellations. Analyze customer closure exceptions and optimize delivery schedules for enhanced efficiency. Evaluate and propose solutions for various departmental efficiency projects through collaboration and innovative thinking. Design and execute solutions to operational challenges using data analysis and teamwork. Your Qualifications: Innovative thinking to identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Ability to tackle complex operational issues with creative, data-driven strategies. Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners. Insightful contributions that influence both short-term and long-term strategies for success. Adaptable and ambitious, ready to grow within a dynamic work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. An entrepreneurial mindset. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of relevant business analysis experience. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with eProcurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle). Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau and process improvement methodologies.
