
Dairy Technology Sales Representative

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate sales of Micro Technologies to existing and new customers within an assigned sales territory
Build long-term relationships with dairies, veterinary practices, and industry associations
Present and demonstrate new technologies, educating customers on their benefits and value
Assist with the installation and repair of technology management systems
Prepare reports on business transactions, including sales call reporting and expense reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree with one to three years of outside sales experience, or a minimum of ten years’ related experience without a degree
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build effective working relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the animal health industry or related field
Familiarity with technology management systems and their applications in veterinary practices
Knowledge of dairy operations and livestock production
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and service representatives
Experience in preparing and presenting sales proposals and contracts
