Responsibilities
Generate sales of Micro Technologies to existing and new customers within an assigned sales territory
Build long-term relationships with dairies, veterinary practices, and livestock associations
Present and demonstrate new technologies, educating customers on their features and benefits
Prepare sales contracts and quotes based on target margin objectives
Assist with training personnel in the use of technology systems and provide ongoing support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with one to three years of outside sales experience, or a minimum of ten years’ related experience if no degree
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to travel overnight on occasion, up to 15% of the time
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in veterinary or livestock production sales
Knowledge of animal health technologies and market trends
