We’re seeking a
Regional Sales Manager
to drive strategic revenue growth, build key account relationships, and strengthen DHL’s presence across regional markets. About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the development of sales strategies, cultivate new customer relationships, and deepen partnerships with key regional accounts. You will collaborate closely with General Managers, cross–business unit teams, and senior leaders to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet customer needs and advance our market position. You will also conduct presentations, facility tours, and joint-selling engagements to promote DHL eCommerce’s value proposition across the region. What You’ll Do
Develop and execute sales and service strategies to expand revenue and market share. Drive new business acquisition across your assigned territory. Manage and grow multiple key accounts with solutions aligned to customer service and cost goals. Partner with Solutions Engineering, Client Relationship, and Implementation teams to deliver cohesive vertical market and regional sales plans. Build strong relationships with internal teams and third‑party vendors. Lead customer presentations, onsite tours, and strategic reviews. Monitor performance metrics, maintain accurate reporting, and continuously enhance your sales approach. What you'll bring
7+ years of experience in B2B sales , including calling on and managing multiple accounts. Parcel, eCommerce, or logistics industry experience
(required). Demonstrated success in
new business development
and relationship management. Strong skills in
presentations, negotiations, and strategic planning . Proficiency with
Word, Excel, Outlook , and sales activity reporting tools. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills . Ability to work independently in a
fast‑paced, remote environment
and travel 30%+. Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred — or equivalent work experience. Physical Requirements
