
Account Executive (Hard Money Lending | Commission-Only)
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven
Account Executive
to join our dynamic team in the hard money lending space. This is a
100% commission-based position , ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for real estate investment finance.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in mortgage, real estate, financial services, or a related field (hard money experience a plus)
Strong understanding of fix-and-flip, bridge, and ground-up construction loans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners
Self-starter with strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing
Familiarity with loan structuring, credit analysis, and general underwriting guidelines
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Someone with a pipeline is preffered
Responsibilities
Source and manage your own pipeline of borrower and broker leads
Educate clients on loan programs, terms, and the approval process
Pre-qualify borrowers and gather necessary documentation
Collaborate with internal processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth and timely closings
Maintain consistent communication with clients and referral partners throughout the loan process
Meet or exceed monthly loan production goals and KPIs
Compensation
No income cap – your earnings are tied directly to your performance
Flexible work schedule and remote opportunity available for top producers
There is a draw, but essentially this is a straight commission job
