Position Description: Seeking a senior
UX Content Strategist (Content Designer)
with strong UX fundamentals to lead content strategy across digital experiences. This role focuses on user research, testing, content architecture, and design-system-driven content solutions. You will partner closely with UX, SEO, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver content strategies that align user needs, accessibility, and business goals. This is a hands-on, informal leadership role requiring strong collaboration, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
Required Skills/Education:
7-10 years of experience in UX content strategy or content design Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, templates, components, and modules Experience conducting user research, testing, audits, and competitive analysis from a content lens Expertise in content architecture, messaging best practices, accessibility, and SEO alignment Ability to test, refine, and optimize content for readability, comprehension, and user preference Strong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills Experience with Figma/FigJam, Miro, or similar collaboration tools Bachelor's degree in a creative or technical field or equivalent experience
