Job Responsibilities
Drive marketing programs to build Channels brand awareness and acquisition
Help coordinate campaign delivery, including storefront campaigns as well as off‑platform levers, working with creative, merchandising and cross‑org stakeholders
Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
Use data and analysis to craft short leadership updates on marketing performance and key priorities
Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (e.g., Communication Studies)
5+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have’s
Experience in entertainment/media industries
Demonstrated expertise in market segmentation and customer journey mapping
Track record of measurable business impact through marketing programs and initiatives
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills with multiple stakeholders
