
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Campaign & Project Coordinator to support the development, documentation, and execution of integrated direct marketing campaigns. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on coordination, working across creative, content, analytics, and campaign activation teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and performance goals are met. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, comfortable managing ambiguity, and skilled at influencing without authority.
Key Responsibilities Integrated Campaign Strategy & Management
Support the development and execution of integrated, multi‑channel direct marketing plans for cultivation and retention programs.
Help ensure short‑ and long‑term revenue goals are met by contributing to strategy recommendations and campaign planning.
Coordinate national‑scale campaigns across direct mail, digital, and multimedia channels.
Maintain donor‑centric messaging and ensure cohesive application of marketing plans across all touchpoints.
Budgeting, Analytics & Performance Evaluation
Assist with annual budget development through analysis of historical and current performance.
Monitor revenue and expense outcomes and contribute to aggregate campaign performance reporting.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations based on data trends, forecasts, and industry best practices.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Creative, Content, Segmentation, and Analytics teams to align messaging, audience selection, and campaign strategy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to document, communicate, and implement campaign plans.
Provide clear direction on objectives, timelines, and deliverables to keep workstreams aligned.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Review and approve high‑volume direct marketing materials across channels, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with postal and financial guidelines.
Maintain attention to detail and quality control across hundreds of campaign assets.
Project Leadership & Problem Solving
Manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams without formal authority.
Identify risks early, elevate appropriately, and help develop solutions to keep campaigns on track.
Evaluate cost efficiency, support budget alignment, and approve print quantities and pricing prior to production.
Support new program strategies and serve as a subject matter resource for direct marketing best practices.
Requirements Technical & Professional Skills
Strong understanding of direct marketing or integrated marketing principles.
Experience with digital, social, mobile, and emerging marketing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and experience reviewing marketing materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3‑5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments.
