This position focuses on delivering exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring administrative precision in a structured remote environment. No prior industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests

Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements using approved systems

Research and compare vacation options based on client preferences and budgets

Provide accurate information and professional guidance

Manage updates, changes, and service-related matters promptly

Maintain detailed and organized client records

Follow established processes to ensure accuracy

Participate in training sessions and team meetings
