About the Role As a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy, you’ll be building performance, guiding media teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. This role is for you if you relish managing client relationships, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search and social. You’ll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and sustained growth.

We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing who wants to join a fast‑growing, fun digital agency that is hyper‑focused on client performance and bridging the gap between brand and demand media. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive strategy for SEM and Social performance while speaking and advising on measurement, brand, and cross‑channel performance that tie into core KPIs.

Responsibilities

Act as an Account Lead across 3-5 of Performance.Monks clients

Run client calls for weekly performance with additional meetings for Quarterly Business Reviews and Planning; help to build, manage, and maintain the client relationship

Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and media planning for omnichannel media teams

Work with measurement and research teams to deliver industry insights and relevant performance‑based updates

Encourage expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth and bring innovative ideas to your clients to help achieve maximum growth

About You The essentials

3+ years of multichannel marketing experience with clients across paid search, paid social, remarketing efforts

Familiarity with planning tools such as MRI Simmons, Nielsen Media Impact, and Pathmatics

Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels respective to brand and performance media goals

Communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences

Frequently stepping into leadership roles and wanting those around you to succeed

Not afraid to get in the weeds but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem

Strong strategic and innovative attributes

4‑year college degree or equivalent work experience

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job‑related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range: $125,000—$150,000 USD
