Job Description: Pay Range: $78000year - $145000year
Requirement/Must Have
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate degree with 4+ years of experience, or 10+ years of related Trade Compliance experience in lieu of degree.
Strong attention to detail.
Good reprioritization skills and flexibility.
Ability to work independently and manage processes with minimal oversight.
Experience
3–5 years of experience with ITAR and EAR regulations preferred.
Prior Trade Compliance experience.
Experience coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Execute divisional compliance policies including visitor processing, foreign travel, and restricted party screening.
Provide compliance guidance to business teams.
Author license and agreement applications.
Manage license recordkeeping requirements for U.S. regulatory agencies.
Review export authorizations for accuracy and policy compliance.
Implement and enforce Corporate Trade policies.
Review applicability of exemptions and exceptions.
Maintain departmental awareness of current authorization policies and requirements.
Communicate across functions to gain cooperation on operational processes.
Support departmental goals and operating plans.
Should Have
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity and discretion.
Willingness to travel if required.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks using sound judgment.
Skills
Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations.
Project management capabilities.
Strong organizational skills.
Data accuracy and documentation management.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with OCR EASE is a plus.
Qualification and Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Political Science, or International Studies.
Graduate degree acceptable with relevant experience.
Equivalent Trade Compliance experience accepted in place of formal education.
