Key Responsibilities
Adapt creative from English to Spanish across various deliverables—from social content and web copy to display advertising and e‑commerce.

Take a hands‑on approach in design execution, working directly on projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Execute the conceptual and aesthetic direction of campaigns, asset creation, experiential activations, and design projects.

Create engaging content across multiple formats, including videos, static posts, and animations.

Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on design and art direction experience in advertising and marketing.
Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools.
Experience in automotive and/or production industries preferred.
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with creative leads and copywriters to develop on‑brand designs.
Clear communication skills when presenting work to senior leaders and clients.
Creative and analytical thinking capabilities.
Experience implementing brand style guides.
Contribute to creative discussions throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong digital‑centric portfolio across multiple formats required.
AI tool experience is recommended (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway).
