Reporting to the Director, Marketing the Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and coordination of Virtue’s marketing initiatives. This role works closely with marketing, sales, creative, DTC, and external partners to ensure campaigns, assets, and timelines are delivered efficiently and in alignment with brand and business objectives. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in bringing integrated marketing campaigns to life, supporting product launches, retail and DTC assets, social and influencer efforts, and ongoing brand initiatives, while maintaining strong organization, cross-functional communication, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone in the NYC area with the ability to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of seasonal and ongoing marketing initiatives, including briefing, routing, tracking, and delivery of creative assets across North America and Global teams
Assist in the development and execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and core brand initiatives across digital, retail, and DTC channels
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across marketing, creative, DTC, sales, and external partners to ensure projects stay on track
Maintain visibility into active projects by recapping status, tracking next steps, and following up with team members to support on-time delivery
Coordinate the development and delivery of toolkits and all retail PDP content, including copy, imagery, and video assets
Support Marketing Director in the creation of marketing presentations for internal and external use
Organize, maintain, and manage marketing assets and files to ensure easy access across teams
Support the development and upkeep of marketing calendars, briefs, and go-to-market needs
Coordinate Ratings & Reviews & UGC in partnership with third-party vendor(s), including sample ordering, campaign setup, and syndication
Assist cross functional teams with social media and influencer efforts
Conduct market and competitive research to support new product launches and marketing initiatives
Assist with tracking campaign performance, KPIs, and reporting to support campaign optimization and learnings
Required knowledge, education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent
1-3 years related experience; beauty/luxury experience strongly preferred
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to write copy strongly preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying on top of project deadlines
Experience interacting with creative teams and familiarity with creative asset workflows and approvals
Must be proactive with the ability to shift priorities, learn new skills and take on new responsibilities, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Creative Project Management tools a plus
