
Role Description
This is a on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Coxs Creek, KY. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, executing sales strategies, managing customer service interactions, providing training to clients, and fostering strong partnerships. This role will also involve analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and participating in promotional strategies to drive business growth. The job will require developing and maintaining a database of customers and developing processes and procedures to ensure the database is used to always be in contact with customers and soliciting feedback. We are a small craft distillery, so with every role at our company our entire team should be willing to do hands on labor including but not limited to cleaning, bottling, moving barrels, unloading and organizing supplies, etc.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for maintaining client relationships and delivering excellent support
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for meeting sales goals and executing effective strategies
Experience in Training to educate clients and team members on products and services
Ability to analyze sales data and identify market trends to support strategic decision-making
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PPT, and Excel
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, however we understand work experience is most important
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
