After almost 90 years, Willett Distillery remains independent, family owned and truly family operated. Responsibilities
Fill new barrels with product according to production specifications
Roll and transport barrels safely to designated rickhouse locations
Locate and record barrel placement using internal tracking systems
Dump barrels as scheduled for blending and bottling operations
Assist in basic barrel maintenance and visual inspections
Communicate clearly with the Barrel Supervisor and other team members
Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in all work areas
Participate in special projects or seasonal operations as needed
Qualifications
Must be 21 or older to apply with at least 5 years of related industry experience.
Must be a self-starter, able to operate independently within a team structure.
Must be comfortable lifting heavy materials for extended periods of time. Full barrels average 520 lbs.
Must demonstrate an unwavering positive attitude, with a strong commitment to honesty, work ethic and teamwork.

Combination of weekend and weekday shifts. Total of 5 days a week 6:30AM - 3:00PM
