After almost 90 years, Willett Distillery remains independent, family owned and truly family operated. The Willett family traditions of craftsmanship and commitment to quality are apparent throughout the production process. Employees are considered extended family and everyone contributes to the signature Willett lend-a-hand culture. Barrel Captains are primarily responsible for filling, rolling, transporting, storing, dumping and recording barrels. Tasks are routine and should be mastered to a level of independence that allows for daily completion without prompting or micromanagement. BC reports directly to the Barrel Supervisor.
