Role Overview We are looking for a TikTok Brand Content Manager to oversee and manage our official TikTok account and its signed creators. This role is responsible for day-to-day content operations, creator coordination, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship management. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem, communicates clearly with creators and internal teams, and can translate brand objectives into consistent, high-performing content.
Responsibilities 1. Creator & Account Management (Approx.40%)
Manage multiple TikTok GO accounts
Ensure consistent publishing
Track performance, engagement, and follower growth
Oversee signed creators’ content delivery and TikTok GO compliance
Maintain creator status, binding progress, and posting records for KPI tracking
2. Creator Recruitment & Growth (Approx.40%)
Identify, outreach, and recruit qualified TikTok creators
Drive creators through the full qualification process (whitelist, binding, first valid post)
Contribute to the monthly creator recruiting (direct + referral)
Support onboarding and early-stage creator activation
Build creator and community relationships to scale recruitment quality and volume
3. Content Creation & POI Execution (Approx.20%)
Participate in on-site POI shoots (hotels, local venues, experiences)
Film, edit, and publish short-form TikTok videos
Produce at least 10 hours of usable POI footage per month
Support content ideation and storytelling optimization
Qualifications
Familiarity with TikTok and short-form video trends
Experience in content creation, creator management, or social media operations
Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing on-site when needed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
