Aflac is seeking a new motivated individual to join our Benefits team in the Huntington, Long Island region. In this role, you’ll work directly with local employers but focus on educating and enrolling their individual employees in voluntary benefit plans. As part of one of the world’s most ethical and community-minded companies, you’ll help employees during life’s most challenging moments by providing financial protection and peace of mind so they can focus on recovery, not bills. Build and maintain relationships with employer accounts. Educate employees on Aflac benefits and guide them through the enrollment process. Conduct presentations and benefit consultations for employees within provided accounts. Manage your own schedule to support ongoing account needs and enrollment periods. Deliver continued service, support, and communication to employers and their teams. Generate new business through outreach, meetings, and presentations. Access to provided accounts to work on, as well as the opportunity to close your own self-generated business Obtain and maintain the required New York Life, Accident & Health license. Participate in ongoing training and follow all compliance and ethical standards.
