Marketing Manager
to support brand growth, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activity across a high-end, hospitality-driven environment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands premium positioning, strong visual storytelling, and social‑first brand building. Key Responsibilities
Execute brand and marketing initiatives across digital, social, and on‑site touchpoints Plan and roll out campaigns tied to key launches, partnerships, and cultural moments Manage social media calendars, content production, and creative partners Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and day‑to‑day content output Work closely with leadership on brand tone, positioning, and messaging Support PR, influencer, and partnership activity Track performance and optimise campaigns accordingly Ideal Background
4–8 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or social media roles Experience within luxury hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands Strong eye for aesthetics, tone, and visual storytelling Comfortable in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment Hands‑on with social platforms, content, and campaign execution
