Hourly Customer Service Representative (10311) – Department: Clinical Services – Location: Richardson Health Center – Salary: $18.00 hourly.
This position provides information and services to the public, internal customers, and external customers, ensuring customer expectations are met.

Typical Tasks
Analyzes problems, questions, issues, etc. and develops and reports recommendations for resolving them.
Conducts research to compile information needed to generate reports, complete projects, and accurately respond to questions and concerns.
Oversees record‑keeping as it relates to client medical records, in both paper and electronic forms.
Provides assistance and problem resolution to claimants, employers, staff, other agencies, and/or the general public.
Researches and/or resolves program or client issues or questions.
May represent the manager in various matters.
Receives additional training, as required, to gain full proficiency and experience in all areas.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and six months of experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information.
