What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who is
enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused . To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
A high school diploma or GED
(required)
Previous leasing or real estate experience
preferred, but we’ll train if you have a strong
customer service ,
sales , or
hospitality background .
Bilingual skills
are a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills
– You’ll need to stay on top of various tasks and communicate clearly with residents and prospects.
Tech-savvy
– Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms (especially Facebook and Instagram) is a plus.
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Weekend availability
is required (Saturdays are a key part of our leasing process).
What You’ll Do as a Leasing Professional: As part of our team, you’ll be the face of The Huntley, interacting with potential residents, current tenants, and the community. Your responsibilities will include:
Showing model apartments and completing lease agreements.
Collecting rental deposits
and assisting residents through the leasing process.
Maintaining resident and property records
in an accurate and timely manner.
Building relationships with local businesses
to promote the community.
Ensuring model apartments and vacant units
are always tour‑ready.
Responding to resident inquiries
promptly and professionally.
Conducting regular property inspections
to ensure quality and readiness for showings.
Adhering to Fair Housing regulations
and company policies.
