Pricing & Revenue Analyst – Senior Living
Seeking Pricing and Revenue experience within Healthcare Position Summary
The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in developing and executing dynamic pricing strategies to optimize occupancy, revenue, and profitability across our senior living communities. This role supports all pricing functions including rent, levels of care (LOC), supplemental fees, market analysis, data reporting, and the development of future pricing infrastructure. The Pricing Analyst will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure pricing reflects market dynamics, community needs, investor expectations, and resident value. Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field 3–5 years of experience in pricing, data analytics, or revenue management within senior housing, healthcare, or hospitality High proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Experience with CRM/ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce, Yardi) Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights Preferred
Experience in senior housing, healthcare, or hospitality Understanding of wellness/care pricing models Familiarity with systems like Engrain, NIC Maps, AlayaCare, or PCC 1. Pricing Strategy
Lead the development and execution of dynamic pricing across multiple community types Manage rent, levels-of-care, and supplemental service pricing Ensure competitive, market-aligned rate positioning 2. Rate Management & Renewals
Oversee annual and anniversary rate increase strategies Align pricing across new acquisitions and existing communities Establish consistent processes and timelines for renewals 3. Concessions & Discount Strategy
Develop and manage concession frameworks based on market demand and performance Monitor discount usage, guardrails, and financial impact Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure proper execution Conduct regular reviews with Sales leaders to assess performance and pricing opportunities Provide training and tools to support service positioning and value communication 5. Data, Reporting & Systems Integration
Lead pricing analytics, dashboards, and reporting automation Ensure data accuracy across systems such as Salesforce, Yardi, and Power BI Use market and occupancy data to inform pricing decisions Maintain competitive pricing grids across communities Integrate market data into pricing strategies and property plans Support acquisition pricing and future market planning Analytical and Strategic Thinking Cross-Functional Collaboration Data Automation and Visualization Market Research and Forecasting Strong Communication and Business Acumen
