partnering with an innovative biotech pharmaceutical company
in the search for a
Key Account Manager in the area of rare diseases.
We are looking for a
professional with solid experience in Key Account within rare diseases,
who can contribute not only through strong stakeholder engagement and technical expertise in pricing & reimbursement, but also with a clear strategic vision and the motivation to play an active role in ensuring optimal patient access.
Ideal profile:
A professional with strong impact and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Collaborative, influential, and an effective communicator with cross-functional teams (Medical, Commercial, Regulatory)
Strong analytical and strategic mindset, able to translate clinical value into access and reimbursement strategies
A team player, generous and always willing to support colleagues
Deep understanding of pricing, reimbursement processes, and healthcare systems
Motivated to be part of a high-impact project for patients in a fast-growing environment
Resilient, proactive, and capable of navigating complex and evolving market environments
Requirements:
University degree
High level of English (part of the interview process will be conducted in English)
Ability to work independently, with dynamism and a proactive attitude toward new challenges
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Market Access
