Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect -Saleforce Financial Cloud

Roles and responsibilties:

4+ plus years of strong Experience in CX Cloud experience

Experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud

Recent LWC based developmet Experience

Experience with integration with middleware: Mulesoft, Boomi, APigee

Design, Code Review and Mentoring Team

Experience integrating with Communication platforms like Genesys, Five-Nine, Twillio or others

Qualification:

Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in the required field

Job description:

Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges.

Development: Develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce applications and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

Integration: Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.

Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to align with business processes.

Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure quality and reliability. Manage deployments using tools such as Copado, CI/CD pipelines.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of development processes, code, and configurations.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver effective solutions.

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
