Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a minimum of five years of B2B experience to drive client satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term partnership success. This role is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of business clients while serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, strategic, and comfortable balancing client service with revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue
Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and business planning meetings
Prepare proposals, presentations, and account reports as needed
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to proactively support client strategies
Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
Travel occasionally for client meetings, relationship building, and industry events
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B account management, client services, or related role
Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment & Travel
Primarily office-based with occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events
Travel estimated at 10–20%, depending on client needs
