
A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a
Customer Engagement Specialist
to support outbound communication efforts and help initiate conversations with prospective customers. This role plays a key part in connecting interested consumers with appropriate sales representatives through timely, professional text-based interactions.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured, fast-paced environments, are comfortable working with multiple software systems, and take pride in delivering a positive customer experience.
This is a fully on-site position located in the Denver area. Shifts fall between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM and are 8.5 hours long, including openers, mid-shifts, and closers. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, and occasional weekend coverage may be required. Overtime is available with approval to ensure operational coverage. Free parking is provided.

Responsibilities Initiate text-based conversations with prospective customers Engage professionally while maintaining a helpful, friendly tone Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously Accurately document interactions and updates Maintain attentiveness and consistency in communication quality Collaborate with team members to meet performance expectations Uphold reliability, professionalism, and punctuality standards
Qualifications Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute (typing assessment required) Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and attentive work style Stable work history with demonstrated reliability Customer service mindset and professional demeanor Comfortable working with technology and software platforms Starting pay of $19.50 per hour Clear performance-driven promotion structure with compensation increases Strong long-term earning potential
