Job Description As a Catering Sales Coordinator you will assist in the daily operations of our events and meeting space to ensure overall client satisfaction. You will report to the Director of Catering and Conference Services and handle all administrative duties as assigned by the Catering Department.
Responsibilities
Respond to telephone inquiries, determine client needs, and route inquiries to Catering Sales Managers.
Maintain filing systems in accordance with SOP.
Maintain inventory of office supplies.
Build rapport with catering clients and serve as liaison.
Handle finalization of catering contracts, distribute Banquet Event Orders and Group Resumes, and coordinate with other departments.
Assist Catering Managers during the execution of catering events.
Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Catering/Catering Managers.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous hotel, catering, and Delphi experience preferred.
