Purpose Statement As a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts.

Route Sales Delivery Drivers are full-time positions that are responsible for selling and delivering Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high-quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck.

Key goals include safety, sales and credit volume, customer service and in-store merchandising execution.

Route Sales Delivery Drivers hours of work vary by assigned route. The route start time will start as early as 3am and averages 10-12 stops a day - this is subject to change at any time. Must be able to work Saturday's during peak season.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience What do you need?

Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first

Minimally 21 years of age

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record – we will be checking

Service requires climbing in and out of the truck and carrying goods that can weigh up to 50 pounds

High School diploma or GED equivalent

A CDL‑B permit is preferred prior to start. The fee will be reimbursed 30 days after you start and have obtained your CDL‑B license (which we also pay for). Great if you already have it; if not, we can help you get there.

Previous DSD experience is a bonus

Compensation In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range / Hourly Rate $46,985.45 – $63,568.55
