
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth execution of all PR activities
Develop and implement integrated programs focused on earned media, analyst relations, podcasts, and thought leadership
Serve as a project manager overseeing timelines, deliverables, and internal resources to ensure consistent high‑quality results
Provide proactive strategic counsel and identify new opportunities to elevate client visibility and credibility
Build and maintain strong relationships with reporters, editors, and producers across business, tech, and trade outlets
Together with the Founder, build out media strategy and narrative development to secure high‑impact coverage
Draft and refine press materials, including pitches, press releases, media advisories, and briefing documents
Coordinate interviews, media briefings, and follow‑up to ensure effective storytelling
Requirements
Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency environment
Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and support junior team members, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and accountability
Proven track record in managing client accounts and leading media relations campaigns
Strong understanding of B2B tech, AI, or SaaS industries (advertising, data, or enterprise experience a plus)
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Naturally curious with a proactive mindset—eager to learn, explore new ideas, and stay ahead of industry trends
