The Role of Marketing Operations Manager at AWM Capital The Marketing Operations Manager partners directly with the CMO to translate marketing strategy into execution. This role owns the operational backbone of marketing by managing projects, timelines, content production, campaigns, vendors, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure initiatives move from idea to impact. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building systems, and can execute relentlessly while maintaining strategic clarity.
