We are hiring a Business Development & Marketing Associate to support sales and growth initiatives within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). This is an entry-level, early-career role designed for someone interested in technology, sales, and marketing who wants hands‑on experience in a professional environment. This position offers exposure to real client interactions, outbound business development, market research, and collaboration across sales, marketing, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients for managed IT services Research and source new business leads using online tools, directories, and industry resources Support outbound outreach efforts, including introductory calls and follow‑ups Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials Participate in sales calls and meetings alongside account managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems Support webinars, events, and networking initiatives as needed Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and solutions Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Interest in technology, IT services, and business development Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus Annual salary range: $41,600 – $52,000, based on experience Medical and dental benefits Paid vacation and sick leave Life and long‑term disability insurance Wellness program Company lunches and team events Additional Requirements
