
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, support sales growth, and strengthen MAG’s position in retail design, display manufacturing, and end-to-end solutions. This role combines strategic thinking with strong, hands‑on execution, ensuring marketing programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable results. The Marketing Manager oversees digital platforms, content development, trade shows, and internal communications while partnering closely with Sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business priorities. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can manage day‑to‑day marketing operations, translate complex manufacturing capabilities into clear messaging, and drive consistent brand execution across all channels.

What You’ll Do As the Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and execute MAG’s annual marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth and sales goals
Strengthen brand positioning across retail displays, printing, plastics, and distribution divisions
Clearly communicate MAG’s concept-to-completion manufacturing capabilities
Identify opportunities to elevate MAG’s reputation through thoughtful leadership, press releases, industry recognition, and sustainability storytelling.
Partner with Sales and Business Development to support revenue‑generating initiatives
Create impactful case studies, presentations, and customer-facing sales materials
Oversee website strategy, digital campaigns, SEO, and performance analytics
Drive qualified lead generation through data-driven marketing initiatives
Analyze Google Analytics and other performance metrics to guide decision-making and improve engagement
Support acquisition announcements, corporate milestones, and executive communications
Lead trade show strategy, booth messaging, and post‑event follow‑up alignment
Plan and execute corporate customer events and executive hospitality initiatives, ensuring premium brand presentation and measurable ROI
Maintain brand standards, photography, video strategy, and digital asset management (DAM)
Evaluate and implement emerging marketing technologies, including AI tools
Manage event budgets, vendors, and external partners
Lead and mentor marketing team members while fostering cross‑department collaboration
Requirements
5+ years of progressive marketing experience
Proven ability to develop strategy and execute results‑driven campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, digital marketing platforms, analytics, and reporting tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams and external partners
Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
Experience analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
Highly organized and detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced, manufacturing environment
Supervision Received Works with minimal supervision. Issues and concerns need to be communicated to Manager.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years pertinent experience or equivalent combination.
