This 12-month cohort-style program will provide ongoing, meaningful opportunities for professional development, exposure, and the ability to develop skills critical to the Associate’s future career growth while contributing to our mission of delivering championship teams on and off the field. Positions are offered in numerous departments across football and business operations. Target hires are early talent seeking entry-level opportunities in the sports and entertainment industry. Our 2026 SOAR program will run from May 2026 through April 2027.Roles and Responsibilities* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Community Relations events, programs, and initiatives, including NFL and club community impact efforts.* Assist with the coordination and execution of community appearances and events featuring Atlanta Falcons talent, ensuring seamless logistics and a positive experience for partners and fans.* Manage internal and external appearance request forms, calendars, confirmations, and logistical details for Community Relations programs and initiatives.* Assist with the preparation and execution of Community Relations gameday operations, including in-game activations, special recognitions, and on-field programming.* Attend and support internal and external events where Community Relations staff and Atlanta Falcons representatives are present.* Contribute to the management of Community Relations social media accounts by capturing content, drafting posts, maintaining timely updates, and engaging with fans and community partners.* Assist with donation processing, fulfillment, and shipping using designated tracking systems and platforms.* Maintain and update department databases, including volunteers, nonprofit partners, and program contacts.* Manage Community Relations inventory, including promotional items, donations, event supplies, and program materials.* Support planning and execution of Training Camp community events, fan experiences, and special group visits.* Compile and distribute event recaps, reports, and meeting notes for department alignment.* Respond to Community Relations inquiries received via mail, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.* Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of Community Relations workspaces and storage areas within team facilities.* Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful execution of community initiatives and events.* Monitor program participation and assist with tracking metrics and outcomes for Community Relations initiatives.* Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of the Community Relations department.Qualifications, Required Skills, & Traits* Bachelor’s degree required.* Experience in planning and executing event operations and social media management preferred.* At least one year of experience working in the sports industry preferred.* Proven ability to work with professional athletes, coaches, and high-profile talent.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of personnel and external partners.* Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. #J-18808-Ljbffr
