Rolling Green Country Club is located in Arlington Heights, IL. Rolling Green has a rich history and was established in 1924. We are a full‑service private and social member club focusing on family, community, and club amenities to promote and foster a healthy lifestyle. The club offers a wide range of programs, including Men’s Event, Ladies Events, Junior Golf Events/ Programs, Adult Clinics, and many other grow‑the‑game initiatives. Rolling Green Country Club is an 18‑Hole layout designed by William Diddel, a charter member of the American Society of Golf Course Architects. In addition, our club features a full‑scale Practice Range facilities, featuring mat and grass teeing areas, 30‑60 yard pitching and chipping areas, 2 practice putting greens, and range skeet shooting in the winter months. Experience Required
Class‑A PGA Member or PGA Associate OR individual actively starting or pursuing PGA Membership
Growing passion for the golf
Strong Organizational, communication, and personal skills
Proven performance in hospitality, customer relations, and member realtions
Proven organizational and communications skills
Proven track record of working in and around a private club environment
Essential Responsibilities
Represent Rolling Green in a manner consistent with a private club setting
Junior Golf Program Assistant to various programming
Club Repair
Retail Golf Shop Operations
Tournament Operations (Basic Golf Genius Knowledge +)
Tee Sheet Management
Teaching and Playing golf with membership
Monday Outing Date through season – (2‑3 TBD)
