For over 50 years, MHMR has provided community‑based services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities. This practice removes biases in compensation and assists hires and/or promotions on pay equity in their appropriate positions at MHMR.

This Position pay: $15.00 per hour.

Day Habilitation Manager Do you have an unwavering Commitment! We are looking to add you to our Management Team.

Responsibilities As the Day Habilitation Manager, you will oversee the coordination of day habilitation activities aimed at assessing and addressing the unique needs of designated participants at ABG. You will be tasked with monitoring and managing individual programs to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance during surveys. Proficiency in ICF, Texas Home Living, PASSR, HCS, and General Revenue under DADS is essential for fulfilling these responsibilities.

Education and Experience

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED

Defined Education: None

Preferences: Three (3) years of health and human services direct care experience

Years’ Experience: Two (2) years

Defined Experience: Health and Human Services field; experience working with direct care

License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License
