What You Will Do: Monitor receivables and collection of over-due balances and account reconciliation Job account maintenance and monitoring lien deadlines and complete lien releases upon request Coordinate collection/customer disputes between Sales/Operations and the customer Provide customer support and process customer payments and process refunds Monitor customer credit limits and credit holds Answer phones and customer service Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring: Accounts receivable and collections experience preferred.
