Position Summary The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for handling the administrative aspects of servicing loans from the time proceeds are disbursed until the loan is paid off. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform file maintenance on all loan accounts including but not limited to late fee waivers, payment corrections/reversals, auto transfer setup, etc. Process daily loan payments via mail, online banking, repay, and third party servicers. Process Special Assets maintenance requests such as Bankruptcy notices, Non-Accruals, Charge-offs, etc. Process unposted transactions from the previous day. Responsible for reviewing and processing daily Non-Accrual Image Centre reports. Process advances on non-construction lines of credit, via officer requests, to verify that request is compliant with approval. Monitor returned mail, update Horizon, and notify lenders. Process requested payoff quotes and confirmation requests. Responsible for monitoring and processing customer credit bureau disputes through E-Oscar. Interact with lenders and their assistants to provide exceptional customer service. Responsible for updating procedures of job duties as it pertains to related position. Be available as needed to cross train and perform additional tasks as assigned. Adhere to BSA/AML policy and all other bank policies. Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform file maintenance on National Loans, including but not limited to Syndication, Participation, Leases and Purchased loans. Provide back-up support for Servicing Specialist I, with maintenance whenever necessary Responsible for monitoring and processing customer credit bureau disputes through E-Oscar. Responsible for balancing daily/monthly general ledger accounts, including Cash Items, and Participation Loan Investor Remittance Account. Responsible for reviewing and processing daily FNMA, Investor, and Total Due Acquire reports. Responsible for the submission of daily payments to FNMA (daily remit and SURF). Process daily un-posted payments and contact notes. Responsible for researching/satisfying escheatment items before escheatment deadline. Process requested payoff quotes and confirmation requests. Assist Loan Servicing Assistant Manager with special projects Interact with lenders and their assistants to provide exceptional customer service. Responsible for updating procedures of job duties as it pertains to related position. Be available as needed to cross train and perform additional tasks as assigned. Adhere to BSA/AML policy and all other bank policies. Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor.
