Member Service Representative (Financial Services) Location: Marysville, OH 43040 This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH, must be able to commute to Marysville, OH Pay Rate: $18$22 per hour based on experience Must be available to work monthly rotating shifts: Monday
Friday 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, 9am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6pm About Us: We are dedicated to providing outstanding financial services to our members. We're looking for enthusiastic Member Services Representatives to join our team and deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced call center environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from members, providing prompt and courteous assistance. Efficiently navigate multiple systems while adhering to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Process a wide variety of member service requests, including transactions, basic account maintenance, and card-related activities. Complete loan applications for members accurately and efficiently. Assist members with Digital Banking Services troubleshooting and support. Demonstrate full knowledge of products and services, offering appropriate solutions to members to retain and build financial relationships. Communicate effectively with members using both verbal and written skills. Promote a positive member experience with every interaction. Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred. Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to learn and retain information about financial products and digital tools. Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Flexible, team-oriented, and reliable.
