Lease & Rental Sales Coordinator

Cumberland Idealease of Jacksonville is seeking a Lease & Rental Sales Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of our lease and rental business. The Lease & Rental Sales Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination between customers, the Sales team, Rental operations, the Service Department, and external vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment. Administrative Duties Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable paperwork and make sure invoices and financial documents are routed correctly Keep customer and vehicle files organized and up to date, including insurance and required compliance documents Answer incoming calls and help direct customer questions to the right person quickly and professionally Support billing by assisting with fuel reconciliation, mileage tracking, and contract paperwork Fleet & Operations Coordination Administer rental unit check-in and check-out processes, including inspections, mileage capture, and documentation Perform daily yard and inventory checks to ensure fleet status accuracy Maintain fleet compliance records including inspections, registrations, telematics, and insurance Maintenance & Shop Coordination Coordinate preventative maintenance, unscheduled repairs, roadside service, and third-party vendors Manage repair-related documentation including repair orders, purchase orders, credit memos, and customer rebilling Perform regular follow-ups with the shop to ensure timely completion of repairs Sales Support Help prepare rental contracts, support billing, and coordinate vehicle availability Work closely with the Lease and Rental Account Manager and coordinate as needed with the Orlando office to support customer needs and fleet availability Leadership & Development Demonstrate Cumberland Idealease's core values of Honor, Readiness, Victory, and Loyalty Maintain strong working relationships across Sales, Service, Rental, and Administrative teams Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Professional communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently while supporting a team-based operation
