greater Oxnard-Ventura
area allows our team to acquire an additional Entry Level Sales Trainee to foster the evolution. The Entry Level Sales Trainee will be responsible for targeting and localizing a results-driven campaign alongside our team of veteran Sales Executives. Our newly joined Entry Level Sales Trainee will receive on-the-job training and will be walked through each individual step in every department of our firm, therefore expectations and responsibilities will be met with optimum results.
Entry Level Sales Trainee Daily Responsibilities Build and Develop genuine relationships with the customers by effectively communicating promotional product offerings and our client/company value Provide multiple promotional offerings with various pricing to allow customers to select a value and package that fits their needs best Participate in daily promotional sales meetings as well as product training to enhance one’s skill sets Enhance promotional sales campaigns by researching market competitors and assessing territories assigned Utilize multiple networking avenues provided by the company to produce exemplary results daily Travel locally to sales campaigns assigned individually or as a team
Entry Level Sales Trainee Qualifications At least 2 years of completed college coursework Some prior experience in a customer service or leadership role is preferred but not required Professional and effective communication skills in small and large groups Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to educate and guide this mentality within a team Leadership experience within school, sports, or professional environment is required Ability to commute to our office in Ventura for all training and campaign meetings
PLEASE NOTE This position will require travel to our office in Ventura Upon completion of training, pay is based off performance The pay listed above is the average weekly range for our entry level associates
