Staying flexible and open to change will help you keep up with evolving tech and our continuous efforts to meet customer needs.
Qualifications: Experience: Prior sales, marketing or customer-facing experience is a plus. No sales experience? No problem! We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Compensation: You have two compensation structure options as an Entry-Level Sales Representative:
Performance-Based Compensation: This uncapped pay structure includes additional uncapped bonuses and incentives based on tiered products and services. Our entry-level sales representatives currently average an annual pay of about $62,000, with high performers averaging $110,000-120,000 annually. The average commission per sale is between 180%-200%, depending on products and services. The full commission breakdown will be reviewed on your first day of training.
Quota-Based Salary Structure: This structure has a standard quota of 4 activations per week with a base salary of approximately $40,000/year. Sales reps average between 7-8 sales per week and earn $600 in new start bonuses, adding an extra $100 to commissions for the first 6 sales. For the first 6 weeks of employment, you will be paid based on the higher income between the two structures, after which you can choose your preferred compensation plan. Low performance (under 4 activations weekly) will result in defaulting to the performance-based commission structure.
