If this defines you, then you should consider applying with our agency for the Insurance Account Manager position. Lia Insurance Agency is a growing insurance agency and we are looking for an Account Manager to help service our existing customers and review insurance coverages to make sure our customers are insured at the appropriate level.
As an Account Manager, you will be helping our existing customers over the phone with policy changes, renewal questions, providing quotes for additional lines of coverage and offering insurance advice.
Responsibilities
Answer questions from customers over the phone and over email
Assist customers with policy changes
Account rounding on existing accounts
Documentation in our client management system
Maintaining a strong retention rate
Reviewing coverages with clients and identifying gaps and being able to upsell coverages and cross-sell additional products
Requirements
Property and Casualty Insurance License in NY
Customer service experience
Sales experience preferred
Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Products
