Your Role:
In the role of Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers with Multi Cloud & Hybrid Cloud opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of multi-cloud/hybrid cloud services, facilitating seamless migrations from on-premises to cloud environments during the pre-sales process.
Represent solutions confidently in discussions with leadership, sales teams, and senior client stakeholders.
Obtain Technology Delivery sign-off on solutions by incorporating insights from Operating Groups regarding client business objectives, industry standards, risk assessments, and budget considerations.
Collaborate closely with sales teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the sales process, ensuring alignment and clarity with delivery organizations.
Advocate for adherence to solution standards by engaging with Legal and Commercial departments and guiding Corporate Development Transaction Services.
Work alongside Operating Groups to inform Terms and Conditions, taking accountability for specific contractual agreements as needed.
Coordinate with Technology leadership to establish Points of Contact for delivery and lead stabilization efforts on client projects where applicable.
Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business and client needs.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a Technology Environment, with a robust emphasis on multi-cloud architecture.
5+ years of experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping.
3+ years of managing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), covering governance, security, and Landing Zone design.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (a minimum of 12 years). If you hold an associate's degree, a minimum of 6 additional years of relevant work experience is required.
