Private Markets Analyst – Venture
supports investment teams focused on
venture capital and early‑growth private investments . Analysts contribute to

Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate venture and early‑growth investment opportunities within private markets
Conduct market research, sector analysis, and private company benchmarking
Support due diligence efforts, including product, traction, competitive, and financial analysis
Build and maintain financial models, valuation frameworks, and capitalization analyses
Assist with investment memo preparation and private investment committee materials
Support development of investment theses across venture and adjacent private market strategies
Track portfolio company performance and private asset KPIs
Monitor private market trends, comparable transactions, and valuation dynamics
Assist with LP reporting, fund analytics, and private market data management
Collaborate with partners, associates, founders, and external advisors
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or another analytical discipline
Strong interest in private markets, venture capital, and long‑term investing
Internship or early‑career experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or strategy is a plus
Strong analytical, modeling, and research capabilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Intellectual curiosity and comfort working with limited public data
Ability to evaluate companies in ambiguous, early‑stage environments
