Role Overview Capital Markets Analysts in venture capital support investment teams by focusing on

Key Responsibilities
Support fund-level fundraising efforts, including market analysis and LP-facing materials
Analyze capital markets trends, valuation benchmarks, and private market comparables
Assist with portfolio company financing analysis, including follow-on rounds and exits
Build financial and valuation models to support investment and capital allocation decisions
Prepare materials for investment committees and LP communications
Track portfolio KPIs, ownership metrics, and capital deployment analytics
Support secondary transactions, liquidity planning, and exit scenario analysis
Coordinate with internal teams on capital strategy, reporting, and data management
Monitor macro, sector, and financing trends impacting venture-backed companies
Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related analytical discipline
Strong interest in venture capital, capital markets, and private investments
Experience in investment banking, capital markets, investor relations, consulting, or venture internships is helpful
Solid financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for investor-facing work
Detail-oriented, market-aware, and comfortable working with data and financial narratives
Curious, adaptable, and interested in the intersection of startups and capital markets
