We are seeking a dependable and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage a high volume of calls, and a professional, positive attitude.

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience required

Knowledge of the electrical/service trade preferred

Experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred or similar software

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to handle scheduling, dispatch coordination, and customer inquiries efficiently

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages promptly

Assist customers with questions about services and scheduling

Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Schedule appointments and update calendars

Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the system

Process payments and invoices

Process permits

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Communicate effectively with team members and management
